I happened to chanced upon this in a game forum I frequented one day.

Singaporeans come and see this – you’ll be so fucked up angry you might wanna go bash a metal door.

Bunch of pussies.

I woke up this morning (or maybe afternoon, or was it yesterday in the middle of the night? O_O) to find this staring at me…

Aw just the perfect pick-me-up after an ebil stressed week, thanks!

A Horoscope Email I received recently, so I decided to see how accurate it was -

TAURUS – The Enduring One

Endure? Well I can endure most things, so this is partially true.

Charming but aggressive. Can come off as boring, but they are not.

Charming but aggressive? I don’t think I ever flirted in my entire life.

I think I’m boring but I am not?

Hard workers. Warm-hearted. Strong, has endurance.

I can be a hard worker (if I want), warm hearted? More like too soft ha! As for the last part I’m not too sure what are they referring to.

Solid beings who are stable and secure in their ways. Not looking for shortcuts. Take pride in their
beauty.

Er…but I do admit I rarely like taking the shortcut ( even if it means less suffering). Beauty? wth?

Patient and reliable. Make great friends and give good advice. Loving and kind.

Patient, yes, reliable, unsure, great friends…er ask my friends

Loving and kind? Gah what is this? Some kind of trick question?!

Loves hard – passionate. Express themselves emotionally. Prone to ferocious temper-tantrums.

YES, YES and YES.

Determined. Indulge themselves often. Very generous.

Not really, I don’t indulge myself often but when I do, I go all out.

Er…ask my friends?

Total Accuracy  -  4/6

Ubin Days September 14, 2007

So I decided I wasn’t going out too often, so today…I went to Pulau Ubin with Wei Bao and Meiyin. Apparently no one else could come because they had work or were busy with other stuff. Just as well I went out too because I needed some fresh air and GE would be scheduled for maintenance as usual.

Ubin changed a lot ever since I last went there, even the Changi Ferry Terminal also had changes. I may not have lived there but I have vivid memories of the old Ubin like anyone who lived past the 90s’ period.

No chickens.

Lesser people living there.

Improvements to Ubin.

Let’s face it, I even had trouble finding my way around a while. I suggested to the girls we went to the Quarry Lake and Chek Jawa. I’ll add pictures once I asked WeiBao for them but meanwhile, enjoy boring old descriptions. We rode our way around via bicycles. Basically I led them around where my Geography teacher did during a secondary 2 outing.

I conkered my fear of heights by a little by climbing the 120 steps tower aka viewing platform @ Chek Jawa which was a freaking 9 storeys high! Though I have to admit I came down faster than I could climb up. The rest of the day was cam whoring and cycling around up-and-down slopes reaching our destinations. We didn’t have much run-ins with wildlife though sadly.

My brain has fizzled out, I can’t even elaborate much. And another zoo outing with another bunch of friends is scheduled this Saturday.

If it’s possible, I can actually die of fatigue.

42nd Independence and (Belated) Birthdays August 10, 2007

National day was yesterday and Singapore has yet aged again, boy is she a middle aged adult now. At a ripe age of 42 years old, we sure have a come a long way since Singapore’s independence during 1965. Lots of things has changed then and whether be it past, present or future – I’m still proud to be a Singaporean.

Well as for the NDP, it’s still as awesome as ever but I have less and lesser interest in it. I’m not sure why but this is probably a process for some of us as we pass childhood towards adulthood. Kids are taught to love Singapore, teenagers are taught about the history of Singapore and adults well, help to stabilize and protect Singapore. We all have our roles and even though I don’t “like” watching parades like I did in the past now, I still love and respect my country. <3

And last but not least, a happy belated birthday to Sandra~ August babies are so lucky.

Friday the 13th! July 14, 2007

How was your Friday today? Today (or relatively 55 minutes ago) is supposedly the day of bad luck, yes, I mean real excruciating bad luck! Ironically, here’s my day went.

Morning

- Today’s module turned out pretty interesting and easy because it was about P2P system. After all those years with Kazaa and BitTorrent *cough*

- Bumped into Benjamin of 404, bump doesn’t mean contact. I can see him and not say anything. (he’s a friend’s friend anyway)

- I treated myself more generously during lunch today (just felt like it)

- (Blasted quest window, can’t see the level up word!)

- My mom didn’t make it in time to make dinner, so she had to call for Pizza. LOL, doesn’t sound like bad luck I guess but I wasn’t in a Pizza mood tonight.

My only “bad luck” was probably just a mess or priorities that I have to keep making sure which are my real priorities. I can tend to make crazy mishaps if I multi-task too much. By the way, those interested in Macromedia Flash, check out this flash animation I found.

*Note – If you have never played MapleStory before, don’t watch. It’s not worth your time nor your humour. (Chances are you won’t be laughing anyway)

After negotiating with myself and unable to hold the urge of not blogging for a long, long time – enough was enough. I hauled my sorry ass to the chair and sat down to learn more about this blog site. Because this is still under testing mode, they may be entries or no entries in the beginning so bear with it.

School has already reopened and the first day is enough to piss me off. I hate Java (and never liked coffee strangely), it’s not only a pain to understand, the facilitator’s brash (laughs at his own jokes) attitude makes it all worst. I am still having trouble socializing with class, let alone my own teammates. I dunno, I’m probably gonna flunk because of Java. The facilitator was nice enough to give more than enough rows of shiny “D”.

Comment and tagboards are still in debate, otherwise enjoy your stay here. And old yes, in case you wanna see my old blog archive, here’s the link -
